Placer County approved the “Trimont Development Plan” in June 1967. Placer County granted an overall Conditional Use Permit for the Northstar project in 1971. Trimont Land Company, a subsidiary of Fibreboard Corporation, was the developer and contractor for the first phases of construction. The Northstar Village Condominiums were part of the original phase of construction and have been referred to in the past as the “Northstar Hotel” and the “Original Village Condominiums”.
The NVCA was established in 1972. First restated declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) were recorded in 1972. NVCA is a condominium management association organized and operated to oversee the maintenance and care of the Northstar Village Condominium common property and privately owned property with regard to its responsibility for repair and maintenance. All owners of the condominiums are members of the Association.
